Alicia is awesome! We're from out of state, and she did video tours for us, was honest and forthright about the properties, since we couldn't actually see all the little details ourselves. We never, ever felt pressured to buy a home. When we found our home, Alicia handled all the details. It was an easy, seamless transaction, and I know that is mostly due to Alicia and her assistant, Laura, who did all the behind the scenes grunt work. All we literally had to do was sign the paperwork and pay our closing costs. She even did our final walk through, since we were not in town. Alicia is a very passionate about being an agent and takes it very seriously. We came to Idaho for a short amount of time to look for a home. With the market being so crazy right now we realized that we had to act fast. As soon as a house would pop up on the market that we were interested in Alicia would be on top of it.
